PSY 4120 - COURSE EVALUATIONS
personal engagement ... critical thinking ... genuine rapport
The buttons below links to the student course evaluation for the section of PSY 4120 that I taught in Fall 2019 at the rank of Associate Professor. I do not yet have course evaluations for the Fall 2025 iteration of the course but I did have a peer evaluation completed.

“Dr.Clark works with the students to ensure that we succeed. She presents interesting lectures, welcomes questions, and negotiates due dates with the class to make sure we will all do our best. I loved that we did students presentations every week on our reading materials because it helped me understand the material better and made the class more interesting and interactive.”
“I believe this class has helped me understand research and allowed me to fully be able to analyze articles. I believe it has helped me prepare for graduate school more than any other class I have taken.”
“Thank you Amanda for making this a fun, interactive course, and for providing helpful feedback whenever I or any of us needed it. You were encouraging and open, and I always feel like I can come to you with any questions or concerns without fear of judgment or critical comments. One of the best courses I’ve had at UTC to date!”
“The presentations really helped break down the research articles for me, I learned what to look for when I am reading. Also, the discussion questions you brought up made us think like psychologists — we were able to view things from a new perspective we may have otherwise never even thought about.”
