Evaluation and Development by objectives

The annual evaluation and development by objectives (EDO) process involves identifying goals for the upcoming academic year, developing a realistic plan for achieving those goals and evaluating goal attainment. According to the UTC Faculty Handbook, the EDO process serves "as a basis for promotion, tenure, salary, and other decisions" and provides "accountability with regard to the quality of teaching, research and service to those concerned with the institution."

Please see here a summary of my EDO evaluations during my time in rank as Associate Professor.
